Detailed thoughts on the Adria26

I purchased the Tuttio Adria26 Electric Bike and wanted to share my experience. Ordering was smooth; the website was easy to navigate. Shipping took exactly 6 business days to arrive in Oregon, which was within the timeframe they gave. The bike was well-packaged, and assembly required attaching the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat, which took me about 45 minutes with the included tools. The motor provides good assistance on hills, and the mechanical disc brakes work effectively. The integrated headlight is bright enough for evening rides. The battery indicator seems accurate. The only minor point is the saddle, which I found a bit firm for longer rides, but that's an easy swap. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about the display settings. Overall, it's a solid commuter bike for the price point, performing as expected.

Good value on the ARC-I

I was looking for an electric bike for my kid and the Tuttio ARC-I Kids Electric Bike caught my eye. The price was really competitive, especially when I factored in the free shipping deal they had. It seemed like the best value compared to other brands I checked out. The bike arrived quickly, and my kid loves it. Definitely felt like I got a good deal.

Fun little e-bike!

Got the Tuttio Soleil01 Electric Mini Bike and it's a blast! Super easy to ride and the battery lasts a good while. My friends want one now. It arrived pretty fast too, no issues at all. Totally happy with it, made my weekends more fun.

Another great Tuttio purchase

This isn't my first time buying from Tuttio. I previously got an electric dirt bike for my son, and it's held up great. This time, I ordered some replacement brake pads and an e-bike helmet. The quality of the accessories is consistent with what I've come to expect from them – good stuff, not flimsy. Shipping was quicker this time around, only 4 days to my door, compared to maybe 6 or 7 for the bike itself a while back. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting, and it's always reliable. No complaints, just good parts delivered as promised.

Good bike, slight delivery delay

I ordered the Tuttio Adria26 Electric Bike a few weeks ago. The bike itself is solid for the price point; it handles well and the battery life is decent for my commute. Assembly was pretty straightforward, took about an hour. My only real complaint is that shipping took 8 days to get to me in Arizona, which was a bit longer than I expected given the estimated window. Customer service was responsive when I inquired, which was good. Overall, a decent buy, but they could probably improve on shipping times.

Looking at the Tuttio bikes, but also considering a Rad Power Bike. Are Tuttio bikes actually good quality for the price, or am I better off just saving for a Rad?

C Colin C. 2 months ago
I have the Adria26 and it's been awesome. For the price, you get a lot of features. Rad Power is good too, but Tuttio definitely holds its own, especially if you're trying to save a bit.

Depends what you're looking for. Tuttio is definitely more budget-friendly and for casual riding, it's totally fine. If you're doing heavy-duty stuff or need super high-end components, Rad might be slightly better, but for most people, Tuttio is a solid choice. My Soleil01 has been great for commuting.

Anyone had to return a Tuttio bike? What was the process like? Wondering if it's a huge hassle if it's not what I expect.

N Nick Osei 2 months ago
Yeah, returns were easy, did it last month. Just contact them and follow their instructions. You'll probably have to pay for shipping it back though, unless it's defective.

I didn't return a bike, but I returned an accessory and it was pretty straightforward. Just make sure you keep all the original packaging. I think for bikes, there might be a timeframe like 14 or 30 days to return, so don't wait too long if you're not happy.

Hey, anyone know if Tuttio has military discounts? My brother is looking at one of their e-bikes and trying to save some cash.

R Ryan 1 month ago
Pretty sure they do! I remember seeing something about it. He should check their site directly or sign up for their newsletter.

Yeah, they definitely have a military discount. My buddy used one last year. It's usually a pretty decent percentage off.

Thinking about getting the Adria26, but I live in Florida. How long does shipping usually take to get there? Don't want to wait forever.

W Wendy Q. 2 months ago
Mine got to Orlando in about a week and a half. Was pretty quick actually.

Yeah, I think for most of the lower 48 it's usually under 2 weeks. They don't ship to like, Hawaii or anything, so if you're in the mainland it should be fine.

Does anyone know if Tuttio bikes come assembled? Or am I gonna have to spend hours putting it together myself when it arrives?

J Josh N. 2 months ago
Nah, they're not fully assembled. You gotta do some of it. It wasn't too bad though, just like the handlebars and pedals. Took me maybe 30-45 mins.

Mine came mostly together. Like, the main frame was good to go, just needed to attach a few bits and bobs. Didn't feel like a huge IKEA project or anything.
